Warrior Flow

This is one of my favorite flows for a great lower-body workout….  Strengthens the legs and opens the hips! Hope you enjoy it!!

    Friday morning I put some nice yoga music on, started with “Part 1″ from your previous post, did this warrior flow, then some stretches and relaxation. It was a lovely way to start the day! Thanks!

    That is exactly what I was hoping for Catrina!! Once I get enough videos up I am going to separate and create tabs for Parts I, II & III so they can be interchangeable and fit each Yogis desires for the day :)
