Want a Challenge???
As many of you know, I am fairly new to this whole blogging adventure. However, I am learning so much and having a blast on this journey!! The Yogi(ni)s that I have crossed paths with (via the internet and in person) are awesome, and have so much wonderful information to share. One of these Yoginis is a gal named Cora Wen, and another is YogaDork. Cora travels the world showing PDA~Y (Public Displays of Affection~for Yoga). Her traffic stopping, head-turning, Headstands has the world taking a moment to think about Yoga, or just wonder what the heck this gal is doing. lol Cora has sent out a Challenge for the rest of us Yogis to join her in this fun luving adventure. Since we’ve been practicing Sirsasana (Headstand) in class recently, I know some of you are up for the challenge.
