Squeeze Me!

I love to be squeezed! Guess what… I’m not the only one.
Guys, be warned, this article may make you blush, but please continue to read ~ the women in your life may appreciate it!
We have all read about (), , etc. We know these strengthen the pelvic floor, which is very important for us ladies, and our sex life  ;)   However, there is more than one exercise that we need to practice in order to strengthen our ‘girlie’ parts.

If we’ve birthed a child, we may fear jumping jacks, sneezing, or endless laughter.   You know why, I don’t have to spell it out for you.  However, if there is any doubt, continue reading, the mystery will be solved shortly….  ok, fine, I’ll tell ya… we leak.  Some times we leak more than others, and we usually don’t know how much until it’s too late (and everyone else knows too).  LOL  So  there is one more exercise that we need to consider…  ‘Tis Time to SQUEEZE!

Next time we ‘tinkle’, start like you always do, then mid-way try and stop.  um. ok. ain’t happening.  That’s okay… keep trying.  The reason why it ain’t happening is because these muscles are weak, which is what causes us to have our ‘ unhappy trails’.

Have you ever thought you were done tinkling and stood up only to realize there was more to come?  Yup, it’s because of these muscles.  Just like any muscle that doesn’t get a good workout, it becomes flabby and out of shape which actually causes a shift in the angle of our tinkle-toy.  So when we lean forward, the leftovers ‘present’ themselves.  Squeeze!!!  Strengthen these muscles.  Do it as often as possible, 1-2 times per visit.   Tell your girlfriends!  We are often times afraid to talk about these things, but truth-be-told, it’s reality.  :)
